| | | how to make a psi ball | Wed Sep 05, 2007 9:38 pm by Admin | What is a Psi Ball?
Don't overcomplicate this question. It's very simple, as demonstrated by our friendly primate below:
How do you make a snowball? Grab a bunch of snow, and pack it into a ball. How do you make a psiball? Grab some psi - and pack it into a ball. That's it!
What is Psi?
This is where things get complicated. There are different definitions of psi depending on the context, and on top of that, different people have different theories and beliefs about psi. So basically: no one knows. Everyone likes to sit around and think about it, but no one has it all figured out yet (and if they claim they do have it figured out, then your enlightened friend is just confused between "fact" and "theory").
Here is one theory you might like. This is just a theory that some people agree with:
We don't need to know exactly what it is to use it and have fun with it. So let's try to mess around with it - maybe we'll figure out what it is eventually.
How do we Move Psi?
There are a lot of ways to move psi around. One good way comes from Robert Bruce's book, Astral Dynamics. Bruce suggests people use tactile visualization - which basically means we try to feel the psi move. An easy exercise to try is to first spiral your right pointer finger on the palm of your left hand. Memorize that feeling. Next try to make that same feeling happen while not using your pointer finger. Recreate the feeling in your hand even though nothing is touching it.
You can try this exercise with different movements (instead of spirals, try a brushing motion, or twisting), and on different body parts (like your knee, arm, or foot). It's pretty cool .
Building Up to a Psi Ball
With some practice with the above exercise, and the other variations I suggested, you'll start to get a feel for this …

| the third hand eye | Wed Jun 11, 2008 4:44 am by jakethebluesnake | don't worry neighbor, i am here now to tell you how the telekinesis muscle is flex. first of all, i refer to the third eye as the third hand. you don't have to achieve the status of a tibetan guru to have a clear mind and be able to concentrate on one simple thing. APPLE, if you just thought of an apple, then you have a clear mind. Phukis energy, the ability to concentrate in an awakened state i.e. while "awake". if you decide to watch tv and you turn it on and pick up the remote, "Clear Mind". if someone knocks at your door and you pick up the phone... well you get the idea. telekinesis does not take any energy on your part, the energy is already there in the environment. to check for the existence of your third hand, lie back and balance a small object on the bridge of your nose and your brow. while holding your head still see if you can manipulate the object to have a tendency to move up, down left or right without moving your head. if you can feel it move along with your intent, then your third hand at least sticks out like a finger. you can think of it as anything from a finger, to an arm with a hand on the end which reaches out and picks things up and moves them. when you use your third hand to do something, think of the way you would use your right or left hand(s). try putting your face right up to a light switch, if it would not embarass you, and see if you can feel it with your third hand. take small steps at a time. just the same way as a previously comatose patient, in order to learn to walk again, must start by relearning how to wiggle her big toe. my best wishes to your success jakethebluesnake

| the key to success in performing telekinesis | Sun Jun 01, 2008 5:56 am by jakethebluesnake | the key to sucess in telekinesis is to not think anything of it that you can do telekinesis. that means don't be anticipating that if you can do telekinesis, people will be like, "WOW you can do telekinesis", because in truth every living thing with a mind can and does constantly. it is something that cannot be escaped as a function of the universe, even though it may usually occur as such a minute field of energy arround and between everything. everything is connected in some way or another, or else there wouldn't be a concept of anything travelling from one side or end of anything to the other side or end even if you must go arround everything in between, proving that at least a path must exist between any two points. the ability you all are looking for, to tap into this field of energy does not lie in tensing anything in arround or of the mind or body, but rather the relaxing or untensing. not that you must be so relaxed that you verge on falling asleep. you merely need to be slightly more relaxed than your average relaxed state of mind, or at least feel or emulate the feeling that you certainly don't need to relax any more than you already are. more like go with the flow of the state of energy the environment is already in. for instance, you're in the living room with others and the tv is on and during a commerce break you overhear them talking about a bottle on a shelf in the room you look and sure enough there it is you think about telekinizng the bottle to your hand which is just setting to your side palm up (btw you can feel a new sensation from your hand simply by thinking of your hand and becoming aware of its location). you think about doing that but you decide you don't care. you look and see there is still a commerce break and look back. but then you do it anyway, just because at one point you wanted to be holding the bottle that was being talked about. the point is you think nothing of it, but then you do it anyway, not because you want to …

| auras sight | Sat Sep 22, 2007 9:25 pm by Admin | What exactly ARE auras? Well, an aura is the field of energy that something gives off. Everything has an aura, but they can vary greatly. For example, the aura of a living thing is much different from the aura of a non-living thing; it's usually brighter and more colorful than the aura of, say, a rock.
We were all born with the ability to see auras, but chances are that you never paid any attention to it, and now it's gone. I'll explain the process, because I'm good like that.
Light is made up of different frequencies. We can see some frequencies, and others we can't. When we were born, our eyes were new and sensitive, and they were able to pick up all kinds of frequencies; including auras.
As we got older, though, our eyes were used a lot and began to toughen up, thus causing them to get less sensitive, thus making us lose the ability to see certain frequencies; again, auras. Developing Auric Sight is actually just a matter of making your eyes sensitive to the auras' frequencies again.
To begin, choose your target. You'll be staring at this thing for a while, so if it's a person, make sure you're comfortable with them so you don't get embarrassed when they say, "Hey, quit staring at me!"
Once you have your target figured out, stare at one spot on them. You shouldn't stare directly at their edge, because it will be harder to make their aura appear, but you also shouldn't stare at a spot too far from the edge, as it will be harder to see the aura. The reason for this is that you have to look at the aura indirectly; you have to stare at one spot, but observe another. This is called using your peripheral vision, and it's hard at first, but you'll get used to it.
Stare at the spot you have chosen and allow your eyes to go out of focus. You could also force your eyes out of focus if you'd like, as I do. My method is to simply cross and uncross your eyes. Repeat this a few times, and be sure to pay attention to HOW you cross your eyes. When you think …

| Empathy | Sat Sep 22, 2007 9:23 pm by Admin | Empathy can be described as psionically transferring emotions between people. Just as all things, it can be dangerous without control and preparation. If you use any form of shield, you may want to lower or weaken it before attempting empathy. There are two basic types of reception in empathy; open and closed.
In open empathy, you open yourself up and simply draw in the emotions of those around you. This can be very dangerous if you are in a large group of people and should only be tried after a great deal of practice.
Closed empathy is linking to a single person and taking in their emotions only. Also, you can send emotions to other people using similar methods.
OPEN RECEPTION
For open reception, you will need to bring down any shields that you may be using. To begin with, try doing this around a small group of people, no more than two or three. Leave your own emotions empty. Concentrate on the area of chest over your heart. Visualize a black hole about two inches in diameter opening over your heart. Imagine this empty darkness acting just as a real black hole, drawing in air around it. Now, say to yourself, “I wonder what John or Jim is feeling?” Imagine pink particles of light coming out of the hearts of those around you. Allow the black hole to absorb the particles.
If done right, you should be feeling the emotions of those around you. If you feel overwhelmed by the emotions, visualize the hole closing and the particles coming from the hearts of your companions simply ceasing to be drawn to you. For extra protection, bring your shields back up.
CLOSED RECEPTION
Closed reception is less dangerous in the sense that you will be drawing emotions from a single person. Obviously, you will need a single partner for this method. You don’t necessarily have to bring down your shields for this method, but you may want to weaken them a little.
Clear your mind; erase your own emotions. Just as with open reception, visualize a black hole opening over your …

| programming! | Sat Sep 22, 2007 9:22 pm by Admin | Programming is what makes energy do something. Once that energy is programmed, the energy becomes a construct, and the construct does whatever it is you programmed it to do. This may sound like an advanced skill, but it can be pretty simple. For example, when you make a psiball, you program the energy to be in the shape of a ball. See? Simple.
Now, how exactly do you program energy? Well, there are a lot of different ways to do it. Visualizing is probably the most used, but chances are that you don't use it to its full potential. The more senses you use in your visualizations, the better they'll be, which, in turn, will lead to better results. For example, to make a psiball, most people just picture energy in the shape of a ball. This is fine, but there's more that could be done. You could imagine the feel of the psiball on your hands; temperature, texture, and so on. You could imagine how hard or soft the psiball is. There's a lot of things you can imagine.
The above was only using two sense, though: sight and touch. That still leaves hearing, smell and taste. If you were making a hot psiball, you could imagine smelling and, even though it's not very pleasant, tasting the smoke. If you visualize your psiball as fire, you could imagine hearing the roar and crackling of a fire. You could even add onto that by remembering how it feels to be hot and sweaty. Basically, just about any thought that relates to heat can help you.
Now that you've gotten a grip on some basic programming ideas, it's time to go on to slightly more advanced things. What if you want to hit someone with a psiball and get their attention? There's not really a sense you can use for that. What I've found to be a good method for abstract goals like this is to just think your goal and send it to the psiball.
Have your goal in mind and continue adding energy to the psiball. When you're ready, start to say your goal in your head. Think to yourself, "Fly to so-and-so and get their …

| telepathy! | Sat Sep 22, 2007 9:21 pm by Admin | This article differs from the other articles in one major way; for the exercise below, you will need a partner. Your partner should be someone who is interested in learning telepathy and will put effort into the following exercise. Lack of skill is alright if you're a beginner, but lack of skill and effort will just result in failure.
In this exercise, you will be sending and receiving a number. The number will be a number ranging anywhere from one to nine. I don't believe zero should be included for this reason: if the thought is not well-sent or well-received, or both, a zero could resemble an eight, or vice-versa.
Sit down with your partner, preferably facing each other. Before you can go any farther, you will need to determine who will be the "sender" and who will be the "receiver". The names explain it all; the sender will attempt to send the thought, and the receiver will attempt to receive the thought. Once you have that figured out, you can continue.
Both you and your partner close your eyes and clear your minds. Visualize a connecting structure reaching from your forehead to your partner's forehead. The structure can be anything, but common examples are cables and small tunnels/tubes. Continue to visualize the cable, in this example, and see it getting stronger and stronger as you focus on it more. Try to see it from your mind's point of view, as if your mind was looking down it. Visualize that you are looking through the round opening of the cable and that you can see the cable run away from you and into your partner's mind. Try to make the visualization as realistic as possible.
While you are visualizing the cable, try to see a sort of "flow" to it. The direction of the flow depends on which you are; the sender or the receiver. If you are the sender, visualize the flow heading from your forehead, through the cable, and into your partner's forehead. If you are the receiver, visualize the flow heading from your …

| shield | Sat Sep 22, 2007 9:18 pm by Admin | A shield is energy programmed to stop something. That may sound vague, but it's true.
Say you were very good at telepathy. That means that you're sensitive; it is easy for you to pick up on others' thoughts. If this is the case, if you don't do anything about it, chances are that you're going to be picking up people's thoughts randomly. This would be very annoying, as you would constantly be confusing other people's thoughts with your own. This is where a shield would come in handy. You could make the shield around you and program it to stop other people's thoughts from getting to you. Once you finished, you would have peace and quiet in your head once again.
Now, before we get started on actually making the shield, you should know that shields are not only useful for skilled telepaths and empaths. A shield can prevent someone from draining your energy, or to keep someone from performing telepathy or empathy on you without your permission. If someone is sending their energy toward you, the shield could be programmed to bounce the energy back at them, or even to absorb the energy and add it to your own. A shield could also keep a psiball from falling apart (this is known as shelling the psiball). So, you see, shielding is actually a very useful skill.
The first example that I'm going to use in this article is shelling. As I said above, shelling is simply putting a shield around a psiball so the psiball will stay together. While you're making the psiball, the shell will hold it together, thus allowing you to focus on just adding energy to the psiball, and when you're done making the psiball, if you decide to send your it somewhere, it will stay together on its own. Sounds good, right?
So, let's begin. Let's say you've got the psiball going, and it's pretty powerful. As you try to add more energy to it, though, you can kind of feel it falling apart, so you begin to focus on holding it together. Now that you're holding it together, you can't really focus on …
